How long will permanent magnets keep their power?
The life time and power of permanent magnets are released with the working environment and application. Generally speaking, the magnetic power is permanent.
Will neodymium permanent magnets stain when in water?
Yes, if place neodymium magnets directly into water, it is easy to be rusty and corrosive. Some of our customers ordered magnets with special covering (we call them magnetic assembly) which were placed into water, they asked us to make neodymium magnets with teflon cover.
Does passivation process increase the dimension of magnets?
We manufacture magnets strictly according to the dimentions requested by our customers. The passivation process basically won't increase the dimension, the difference is very small.

How to ship strong & powerful neodymium permanent magnets?
Because of the magnetic strength, the package is very important. If by express or air, we usually use iron sheets between magnets and carton to remove magnetic force outside of package, they the consignment will be safe. We always give the best shipping suggestion to our customers and respect their decision, we can ship strong magnets by express, by air or by sea.
FAQ about payment
What are your acceptable modes of payment?
100% T/T (wire transfer) in advance. If the amount is very small, you can pay via western union.
