HAST Neodymium Magnets China Supplier |
We adopt advanced technology to produce HAST (Highly Accelerated Temperature/Humidity Stress Test) neodymium magnets.
Unlike traditional China sintered neodymium magnets, HAST neodymium magnets can keep less weightlessness value and don’t need protection of coating for its strong anticorrosion. It is widely applied in motors, magnetic couplers etc.

Atmosphere: 3atm, Humidity: 95%, Temperature: 130ºC, Time: 168 hours, Weight Loss<2-5mg/cm2 |

Neodymium magnet materials have been deeply studied and widely used due to its outstanding magnetic properties since 1983. |
Neodymium rare earth magnets led to the development of the entire downstream industries, such as telecommunications, electronics, medical, progress & product updates of automotive industries, neodymium industry has become an important part of China national economic development.
Sintered neodymium magnets have excellent magnetic properties, but its corrosion resistance is poor, which greatly limits its application scope. Therefore, how to improve the corrosion resistance become an important problem of sintered neodymium magnetic material production and uses.
Corrosion of neodymium magnet mainly comes from two aspects: one is the oxidation corrosion; the other is electrochemical corrosion. The inspection method of oxidation corrosion is clearing corrosion products in the corrosion process, and then measuring the decrease of magnet weight (i.e. weight loss). We usually adopt accelerated test method to measure the corrosion rate. |
